About
Pembroke Hill School is a Kindergarten through Fourth Grade school, with approximately 330 students. There are currently four classes in grades K-2 and three classes in grades 3-4. Grade level teams work together, with the coaching support from our Literacy Specialist, and Math Coach to meet the individual needs of each student. In addition, Title 1 targeted services are provided to students that require additional support. Lunches, recess, field trips, etc. are organized by grade level.
Students also receive instruction in art, music, and physical education from our Unified Arts teachers. All students receive instruction from our Guidance Counselor to support social emotional learning.

Nov 29, 2025 · Pembroke Hill SchoolWinter ConcertDear Parents and Guardians of PHS musicians,
I am excited to share information about the PHS winter concert on Wednesday, December 10th in the Pembroke Academy gymnasium. The kindergarten, first, and second grade concert will begin at 5:30. Doors will open at 5:00. Kindergarten students will perform first, so please be there and ready to go by 5:15 as the concert will begin promptly at 5:30. Students will sit with their families until they are called up to perform and will return to sit with you after. The K-2 portion of the concert will end around 6pm, at which time you may leave or stay for the 3-4 concert.
At 6:30pm, the third and fourth grade portion of the concert will begin. Fourth grade band students will perform first, so please plan to arrive by 6:15 so they can set up their instrument and be ready to perform promptly at 6:30. Third and fourth grade students will also sit with their families until they are called up to perform and will return to sit with you after. The 3-4 portion of the concert will end around 7pm.
There is no color or costume requirement for the concert, but students are encouraged to dress in picture day attire. Please avoid ripped clothing, shirts with large logos, and hats (even festive ones).

A free vision screening will be offered to your child conducted by trained member's of our local Lion's Club on November 21, 2023. A school representative will always be in the room while they conduct the screening. **No physical contact is made with your child and eye drops are not necessary.
